Qualifications

• Deep understanding of production-scale liquid Pharma/Biopharma manufacturing.
• Knowledge of separation, filtration, mixing, heat transfer, pumps, valves or hygienic fluid handling.
• Experience developing market, industry or commercial strategy.
• Ability to connect technical solutions to broader manufacturing needs.
• Credibility influencing senior customers and matrixed global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year U.S. Pharma growth strategy.
• Identify priority markets, technologies, accounts and investment trends.
• Connect opportunities across multiple process-equipment business units.
• Build strategic relationships with manufacturers, CDMOs, EPCs and industry influencers.
• Translate market intelligence and customer needs into commercial priorities.
• Represent the organization at industry events and technical forums.
