Job summary

PharmIntell is seeking an information professional for a full-time remote role, supporting pharmaceutical and medical device clients with library, information, and research services. Responsibilities include reference services, website administration, licensing support, and literature searching across databases.

Preferred candidates have a biomedical library background, strong search skills, and experience with research platforms (Ovid, PubMed, Embase) and tools like Endnote, Tableau, and

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in library or information science from an ALA-accredited institution.
• Experience with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and high standards for work quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with literature searching and biomedical indexing vocabularies (e.g. MeSH/EMTREE).
• Experience with industry platforms (e.g. Ovid, PubMed, Embase, Scopus, Web of Science) and related search techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide reference services and library support to clients.
• Manage library website administration and digital resources.
• Support end-user access including SSO/IP authentication.
• Conduct literature searching for pharmacovigilance and regulatory filings.
• Assist with competitive intelligence and news newsletters.
• Deliver document delivery and copyright consulting.
