Job summary

PharmIntell is recruiting an information professional to support library, information and research services for clients in pharmaceutical and medical device industries. The role involves reference services, website administration, digital resource management, user support, licensing, analytics and stakeholder communications.

This is a full-time, remote position with work during US East Coast hours (8 am to 6 pm ET).

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in library or information science from an ALA-accredited institution.
• Experience with MS Office applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and high standards for work quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide reference services and triage library service requests.
• Administer library websites and platforms (e.g. LibGuides, TDNet, SharePoint).
• Manage digital resource collections (databases, books, journals).
• Assist end users with access and authentication systems (SSO/IP).
• Support content licensing and subscription renewals.
