Job summary

PharmIntell is recruiting for an information professional to support pharmaceutical and medical device clients with library, information and research services. The role covers reference, website administration, digital resource management, licensing support, analytics and stakeholder communications.

The position is remote, with support during US East Coast business hours. Preference given to applicants in states where PharmIntell operates. A strong background in biomedical information is valued.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in library or information science from an ALA-accredited institution.
• Experience with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and high standards for work quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide reference services and library service request triage.
• Library website administration (e.g. LibGuides, TDNet, SharePoint).
• Digital resource collection management and end-user access support.
• Licensing, renewals, analytics and usage reporting.
• Stakeholder communications and user needs assessments.
