Job summary

PetSuites is seeking a Sales Lead to own the client journey—from first inquiry to loyal client. This full-time role focuses on lead outreach, lead conversion, sales, detailed communication tracking, and client education to ensure pet parents are informed and excited to choose our resort.

You will work with Hosts as part of the resort’s total service team from your home resort, supporting up to four pet resorts within the same brand.

Qualifications

• Must be able to engage potential clients and convert leads into customers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple leads and document interactions clearly.
• Strong communication skills across phone, SMS, and email.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a caring and knowledgeable experience for potential and current pet parents through clear communication and accurate documentation.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of services offered and resort practices.
• Confidently make custom recommendations to drive sales revenue.
• Proactively follow up with leads and maintain detailed notes.
• Log personalized notes to support high-touch outreach.
• Own, drive, track and manage leads through the sales funnel.
