Job summary

Tech Sales Jobs is seeking a driven Personal Lines Retention Specialist to join a growing independent insurance agency that serves clients across 39 states. You will renew policies, review client histories, and ensure accurate setup for the year ahead while maintaining exceptional service.

The role requires a strong client-service mindset, deep personal lines knowledge, and the ability to work PST hours. A comprehensive benefits package and career mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of personal lines insurance experience in a client-facing role.
• Must have a current P&C license.
• May be located anywhere nationwide but must be able to work PST hours (8-5, M-F).
• A natural relationship-builder and leader who is warm, clear, and genuinely easy to talk to.

Responsibilities

• Personally review every policy at renewal, side by side with the client, and guide them to the smartest path for their next policy period.
• Know when to keep a client right where they are and when to re-market their account across our deep bench of carriers to find them something better.
• Own a book of 2,000+ accounts a year, treating each one like it's the only one.
• Partner with our incredible teams to deliver a world-class, boutique client experience in every single interaction.
