Job summary

Legacy Risk Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable Personal Lines Re-Marketing Specialist to support client retention by remarketing existing personal lines accounts when coverage or pricing is not competitive. You will work with Personal Lines Account Managers and carriers to evaluate options and provide clear recommendations.

The ideal candidate has strong personal lines knowledge, underwriting guidelines, and experience with multiple carriers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of personal lines insurance experience
• Active P&C license preferred or ability to obtain
• Strong knowledge of homeowners, personal auto, umbrella, flood, and related products
• Experience quoting, marketing, or remarketing personal lines accounts across multiple carriers
• Ability to analyze and compare policies, quotes, and coverage differences
• Experience with agency management systems (Applied Epic) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication withAccount Managers, Producers, underwriters, and carrier partners
• Self-motivated and collaborative to support client retention

Responsibilities

• Identify renewal accounts that may benefit from remarketing
• Review policies to understand current coverage and limits
• Gather information to obtain accurate replacement quotes
• Market accounts to appropriate carrier partners based on risk
• Obtain and compare quotes for homeowners, personal auto, umbrella, flood, etc.
• Analyze carrier proposals for premium, coverage, and underwriting requirements
• Prepare clear quote comparisons and recommendations
• Coordinate with managers and carriers to bind replacement coverage
• Maintain accurate documentation in the agency system
• Track remarketing activity and retention results
• Build relationships with carrier representatives and underwriters
• Participate in carrier training and market trend updates
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and turnaround times
