A growing independent insurance agency seeks a renewals and retention specialist to support clients in navigating rate increases and maintaining coverage. You will manage renewals end-to-end, ensuring clarity and organization without pressure tactics. Qualifications

• Must be licensed in P&C in Idaho or able to transfer quickly.
• 12–18+ months experience in personal lines servicing is required.
• Ability to manage renewals consistently.

Responsibilities

• Lead rate-increase conversations with empathy.
• Run renewals end-to-end from intake to documentation.
• Keep the pipeline clean with tasks and notes in EZLynx.
