You will follow up leads, conduct needs-based conversations, present quotes, and build long-term relationships while growing your insurance book of business with training, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required (can be obtained on job offer)
• Previous insurance sales or agency experience preferred
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and active listening skills
• Organized and consistent with follow-up

Responsibilities

• Follow up with leads, referrals, and prospective customers.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customers' insurance goals.
• Recommend personalized coverage solutions based on individual needs.
• Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and policy benefits.
• Prepare and present quotes while confidently communicating the value of coverage.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and clients through consistent follow-up.
• Develop new business through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Respond promptly to customer questions and inquiries by phone and email.
• Identify cross-selling and additional coverage opportunities.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate customer records.
• Follow agency processes and participate in ongoing training and coaching.
