Job summary

RLI Corp on the West Coast is seeking an Associate Customer Experience Agent for Personal Lines. You will provide frontline support to administrators, agents, brokers and policyholders via phone, chat or email, and ensure policy alignment with customer needs.

You will research inquiries, prepare quotes and bind coverage as needed, coordinating with the Lindbergh Insurance Group team when required. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; P&C license preferred or obtained within 3 months.
• 0+ years of related experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support via phone, chat or email.
• Respond to inquiries and quote/bind coverage as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow procedures.
