You will manage a book of moderately complex accounts, renewals, and new business production while upholding agency procedures and documenting activity in systems. Strong organization and collaboration are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years property & casualty insurance sales experience in personal lines.
• Active P&C license within 90 days (preferred).
• Experience with Agency Management Systems.
• Strong written and verbal skills; professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Provide service to high-net-worth clients and manage a book of moderately complex personal lines.
• Handle renewals, servicing policies, and support new business production.
• Coordinate with producers and management to maintain accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify opportunities for account rounding and referrals to grow agency revenue.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in agency systems.
