• Analyze renewal data to identify potential retention risks and create thoughtful solutions to keep our clients protected.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within our agency management system.

Requirements

Ohio Property and Casualty Insurance License

Three or more years of experience managing personal lines insurance accounts

Experience using agency management systems like Applied Epic or Vertafore

Comfort with navigating multiple digital platforms and email clients simultaneously
