Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys and case managers with managing personal injury cases through litigation.
• Prepare, draft, and organize litigation documents including pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Coordinate discovery, track responses, and organize supporting documentation.
• Monitor court deadlines, hearings, depositions, and trial dates and ensure filings on time.
• Organize case files, exhibits, and witness information for trial preparation.
• Maintain accurate case notes and ensure confidentiality of client information.
