You will manage litigation calendars, draft documents, file with courts, and coordinate with experts, clients, and medical providers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in litigation support, is highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, personal injury preferred.
• Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and court rules.
• Proficiency in drafting and managing legal documents and filings.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to work independently.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file legal documents including complaints, motions, discovery, and subpoenas.
• Coordinate and manage case calendars with deadlines, hearings, and trial dates.
• Assist with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, and discovery responses.
• Maintain case files and trial binders; communicate with clients and providers.
• Assist attorneys with case strategy and trial prep; perform legal research.
