Qualifications

• Prior Mass Torts Litigation and Federal Litigation experience required.
• Experience with the Smart Advocate case management system required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and e-filing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze files and determine records needed to investigate and pursue cases.
• Review client medical records and create chronologies.
• Organize and maintain legal documents for attorney review.
• Draft correspondence and legal documents, including summonses and complaints.
• E-filing of documents with the court and related filings.
• Assist with depositions, arbitrations, settlements, trials, and appeals.
• Manage discovery and monitor MDL dockets and filings.
• Maintain client contact and schedule interviews and meetings.
