Qualifications

• Active California bar license.
• Residence in California (this role involves court appearances in California venues).
• 1+ years of litigation experience; personal injury background a plus.
• Genuine interest in trial work.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft complaints, discovery, and other pre-trial documents.
• Take and defend depositions, with training and support.
• Attend court appearances, remote and in person as needed.
• Work alongside senior attorneys as second chair in trial.
• Collaborate with a tight-knit litigation team committed to client results.
