Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication with empathy.
• proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Personal Injury client database software.
• Prior experience as a Case Manager or Legal Assistant preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Pre-Law/Legal Studies preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing questions and educating them about the legal process.
• Manage a portfolio of personal injury cases, meeting deadlines and supporting attorneys.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, attorneys, and insurance companies.
• Keep detailed records of case-related activities and ensure compliance.
• Assist attorneys in negotiating settlements by preparing demand packages and communicating with adjusters.
