Job summary

Bush & Bush Law Group seeks a skilled Legal Case Manager to support a growing Personal Injury docket in Massachusetts. The role spans intake through settlement or trial preparation, ensuring deadlines are met and clients receive responsive service.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of PI case management experience, MA law knowledge, and strong communication. Proficiency with Filevine/Smart Advocate/Needles is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury case management.
• Hands-on PI case management experience in Massachusetts is required.
• Strong knowledge of Massachusetts PI laws, court procedures, and pre-litigation processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in legal case management software (e.g., Filevine, Smart Advocate, Needles).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume PI caseload from intake to resolution.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurers, and defense counsel.
• Obtain and review medical records, bills, and case documents.
• Prepare demand packages and assist in settlements.
• Maintain case files and calendars to track deadlines.
• Draft correspondence, summaries, and legal documents.
• Assist attorneys in developing case strategies for litigation or settlement.
• Ensure compliance with MA procedures and deadlines.
• Provide empathetic support to clients throughout their cases.
