Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is assisting a boutique plaintiff-side personal injury law firm with an experienced contract attorney to handle overflow and urgent workload. This remote role is US-based, start ASAP, for 3 months with potential extension, 8-hour days, Monday to Friday, aligned with Pacific Time.

The ideal candidate holds an active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, 5+ years in personal injury, and familiarity with evaluating images and evidence.

Qualifications

• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of experience as an attorney with a personal injury firm.
• Experience evaluating images and other evidence in personal injury matters.
• Prior Filevine experience is a plus; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-lawsuit/pre-litigation matters.
• Assist with pre-litigation claims and claim resolution.
• Review and evaluate personal injury images and other evidence.
