Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced contract attorney to support its plaintiff-side personal injury team in a remote, U.S.-based role. Start ASAP for a 3-month engagement, with standard Pacific Time business hours (8-hour days, Monday-Friday). Pay is $60/hour.

Requirements include an active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, 5+ years at a personal injury firm (insurance defense experience a plus), and experience evaluating images and evidence.

Qualifications

• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of experience as an attorney with a personal injury law firm; insurance defense experience will also be considered
• Experience evaluating images and other evidence in personal injury matters
• Prior experience with Filevine is a plus, but not required; training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Support pre-lawsuit/pre-litigation matters
• Assist with pre-litigation claims and claim resolution
• Review and evaluate personal injury images and other evidence
