Qualifications

• Active California State Bar membership.
• Minimum 1 year of personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience with discovery in the civil litigation context.
• Experience evaluating damages, working with medical records and liens, and negotiating settlements.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload.

Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Work on motor vehicle, premises liability, and other negligence cases.
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel to resolve claims.
