Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Genuine enthusiasm for personal development, leadership, and continuous learning.
• Background in leadership, consulting, coaching, education, client relationships, business development, marketing, or communications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and understand individual goals.
• Self-motivation with the ability to manage your schedule independently.
• Willingness to learn and follow established systems.
• Comprehensive training and ongoing support provided.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage interest in our leadership and personal development programs using established digital strategies.
• Connect with prospective clients and conduct brief introductory conversations.
• Understand individual goals, aspirations, and priorities.
• Introduce interested individuals to relevant programs and guide them through an established evaluation process.
• Build meaningful relationships through thoughtful communication and follow-up.
• Independently manage your schedule, activities, and results.
• Comprehensive training is provided in the areas of marketing and business development. No local networking or cold calling is required.
• This is an independent, self-employed, performance-based opportunity rather than a traditional salaried or hourly position. Compensation is commission-based, with no guaranteed income. Business-related expenses apply, including a required ongoing tool subscription.
