Job summary
Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, delivering 24/7 perinatal and maternal health services nationwide. This role supports initial intake and crisis consultation, reporting to the Behavioral Health Lead, and is open to candidates located in the continental US.

Qualifications
- Unrestricted multi-state nursing license (NLC) in a compact state.
- 4+ years in hospital or healthcare settings serving maternal–child health populations.
- Experience or training in psychiatric nursing or perinatal mental health.
- Experience with pregnant and postpartum individuals and families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient risk assessments and triage based on urgency and severity.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, APPs, nurses, care coordinators and therapists.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide psychoeducation on perinatal mental health conditions and options.
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Advocate for patient autonomy and dignity in care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing professional development in perinatal mental health nursing.
