Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in software engineering, CS, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on LoadRunner Enterprise experience.
• 5+ years with ALM and UFT for software testing and QA.
• Expertise in formal software testing methodologies for enterprise apps.
• Experience identifying defects and collaborating with developers and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with defect tracking/test management tools (Rational, Mercury).
• Proven ability to document requirements, test plans, cases, and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication; US citizenship or permanent residency and clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated UI tests using UFT for web, desktop, and mobile apps.
• Provide enterprise-wide performance testing and test automation via LoadRunner.
• Create, maintain, and execute automated functional and regression test suites.
• Integrate UFT-based tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous verification.
• Evaluate and recommend performance testing tools and methodologies.
• Execute all phases of the performance testing lifecycle from analysis to reporting.
• Develop testing policies, standards, and best practices for scalability and security.
• Analyze results to identify bottlenecks and coordinate with developers and infrastructure teams.
