Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Performance Test Engineer to improve software quality through structured testing, automation, defect analysis, and release validation. The role partners with product and engineering teams to strengthen test coverage and reduce delivery risk.

You will apply expertise in JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or k6, workload modeling, load/stress testing, performance metrics, and bottleneck analysis to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software quality assurance or performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with web/API/microservices performance testing.
• Knowledge of test planning, design, execution, and defect lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and identify test conditions, acceptance criteria, and release risks.
• Design and execute functional, integration, regression, API, or non-functional test scenarios.
• Develop and maintain reusable automated tests or test frameworks where applicable.
• Record defects with reproducible evidence, validate fixes, and communicate test status.
• Work with engineers and product teams to improve coverage, testability, and release confidence.
