Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Performance Test Engineer to improve software quality through structured testing, automation, defect analysis, and release validation. The role partners with product and engineering teams to strengthen test coverage and reduce delivery risk, applying practical expertise in JMeter/LoadRunner/Gatling/k6, workload modeling, and bottleneck analysis.

The position is remote, full-time, and direct W2.

Qualifications

4+ years in software quality assurance, testing, or test automation.
Hands-on with JMeter/LoadRunner/Gatling/k6 and performance testing techniques.
Experience designing test plans, executing tests, and tracking defects.

Responsibilities

Review requirements and identify test conditions, acceptance criteria, and release risks.
Design and execute functional, integration, regression, API, or non-functional tests.
Develop and maintain automated tests or test frameworks where applicable.
Record defects with evidence, validate fixes, and communicate status.
Collaborate with engineers and product teams to improve coverage and release confidence.
