Job summary

Enterprise Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Performance Test Lead in Charlotte, NC to drive performance testing across enterprise-scale applications.

The role requires hands-on expertise with LoadRunner Enterprise, JMeter, and key APM tools to identify bottlenecks and guide optimization with development and infrastructure teams. You will design scalable test strategies, mentor teammates, and ensure performance considerations are integrated into SDLC.

Qualifications

• Hands-on LoadRunner and JMeter scripting experience.
• Experience designing and executing performance tests for enterprise-scale apps.
• Experience with APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics).
• Ability to perform bottleneck analysis and provide tuning recommendations.
• Experience mentoring team members and guiding SDLC performance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance testing for web APIs and enterprise apps.
• Define performance test strategies and gather nonfunctional requirements.
• Design, develop and execute LoadRunner and JMeter scripts and scenarios.
• Perform load, stress, endurance, volume, and scalability testing.
• Analyze bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations.
• Monitor performance using Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk, and Prometheus.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support optimization initiatives.
• Prepare performance reports and executive dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
• Mentor team members and drive performance engineering best practices.
• Support cloud-native testing in Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and Azure.
