Duolingo is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Program Manager for remote, project-based work. The role supports ongoing performance marketing initiatives, requiring 20-30 hours per week during U.S. Eastern business hours.

You will manage end-to-end operations, develop roadmaps, and coordinate with agencies and internal partners to ensure timely campaigns aligned with goals. Strong program management and communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• Experience managing performance marketing or paid media programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic tools).
• Excellent program management skills, including planning, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end operations for performance marketing programs, including campaign launches, creative production, analytics projects.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and execution plans to support campaign objectives.
• Coordinate with channel owners, agencies, and internal partners to ensure campaigns are launched on time and aligned with goals.
• Support the team by tracking cross-functional dependencies (Brand, Creative, Product, Legal) for campaigns as needed.
• Build and maintain a creative briefing process.
