Market Performance Group (MPG) is seeking a Media Manager – Amazon + Retail to own client success, manage project schedules, and develop Ecommerce marketing strategies. You will build and manage retailer paid search and display plans, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure services exceed expectations.

This is a remote position and involves coordinating with clients and internal teams to drive performance across major retailers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in paid search, display and retail media.
• Experience with programmatic buying via Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk or similar.
• Client or account management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to turn insights into actions with strong storytelling.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, reporting and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsabilités

• Be a media expert and provide strategic direction to clients' business.
• Collaborate with sales to drive revenue across retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.).
• Own media strategy, planning and execution across retail media networks and API solutions.
• Forecast spend and performance to align with client goals.
• Create paid search, onsite and offsite display media plans for multi-retailer eCommerce.
• Lead Media Specialists to support daily advertising initiatives.
• Provide optimization recommendations and implement changes in platforms.
• Deliver client media reporting, analysis and insights.
