Job summary

Rosecrance Behavioral Health seeks a dedicated professional to establish and manage a comprehensive Quality Improvement/Performance Management system across all programs and affiliates. The role ensures ongoing performance improvement activities and regulatory adherence while coordinating with leadership to advance organizational safety and data-driven decision making.

The position involves data aggregation, EHR data entry guidance, staff training on PI initiatives, and frequent audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or business-related field required.
• Demonstrated experience working with customers or clients, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Must possess NiaTx, Lean Six Sigma or other change management certification.
• Must be proficient with computers and database management.
• Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly adept in Excel and Word.
• Proficiency in training, adult learning, or education methodologies.
• Proven track record in Performance Improvement initiatives or programs.
• Must have knowledge of regulatory standards (Joint Commission, DASA/SUPR, DMH, DHS and/or others).
• Training and proficiency in statistical information gathering and root cause analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a comprehensive Quality Improvement/Performance Management system across Rosecrance programs and affiliates.
• Implement regular performance improvement activities and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
• Travel to Rosecrance facilities to aid in PI on-site activities as necessary.
• Assist leadership in review and revision of policies, safety, and risk management guidelines.
• Perform audits and support data-driven recommendations to senior management.
