IMG Academy seeks a part-time Performance Dietitian to provide 1:1 virtual nutrition coaching for student-athletes in the IMG Academy+ program, with potential for group coaching. The role emphasizes building rapport and delivering personalized, evidence-based nutrition guidance.

Responsibilities include maintaining a caseload of 55 athletes, leading 40-minute coaching sessions, monthly parent meetings, and completion of administrative tasks.

Formación

• Availability for weekly sessions with clients, including nights and weekends.
• Strong 1:1 coaching experience with adolescent/teen athletes.
• Behavior-change coaching to set realistic, individualized goals.
• Sales/account management experience to promote additional coaching sessions.
• Interest in contributing to product development discussions and giving feedback.
• RD credential with licensure in your state, if applicable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field.
• Compliance with nutrition services regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation and motivational skills.
• Knowledge of current nutrition research and practical application.
• Experience creating menus and catering plans for athletes.
• Understanding of sports governing body rules related to substances and supplements.
• Experience developing educational materials for youth.
• Ability to engage youth athletes across ages.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 virtual nutrition coaching to IMG Academy+ student-athletes (40-minute sessions).
• Possibly conduct group coaching sessions as needed.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 55 student athletes with average ~50 sessions per month.
• Conduct monthly 20-minute parent sessions.
• Complete administrative tasks: client communication, scheduling, notes, tracking.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including at least one weekend day per week.
• Gradually ramp to 15–20 hours per week, with potential to reach up to 30 hours.
