Job summary

IMG Academy is seeking a part-time Performance Dietitian to provide 1:1 virtual nutrition coaching for student-athletes in the IMG Academy+ program, with potential group coaching. Build rapport with adolescent athletes and design personalized fueling plans.

The role requires managing a minimum caseload of 55 athletes, delivering 40-minute sessions, averaging about 50 sessions per month, plus monthly 20-minute parent sessions; flexible schedule including at least one weekend day and 15–20 hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field.
• State licensure in the state where you reside.
• Experience 1:1 coaching with adolescent/teen athletes.
• Strong behavior-change coaching and goal-setting skills.
• Excellent communication and motivation skills.
• Ability to deliver evidence-based nutrition guidance remotely.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 virtual nutrition coaching for student-athletes.
• Conduct 40-minute coaching sessions; target 50 sessions per month.
• Lead monthly 20-minute parent sessions.
• Manage client scheduling, notes, and session tracking.
• Maintain weekly availability including evenings and weekend days.
