Pomelo Care is seeking a Manager, Performance Creative Strategy to own the full creative lifecycle—from patient insights to concepting and post-campaign analyses. This strategic, ops-driven role will architect our creative pipeline and scale winning concepts across paid channels for our peri/menopause program.

You will collaborate with Growth to review weekly performance, translate data into actionable tests, and manage external partners to ensure rapid, high-quality output.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in performance creative strategy or growth marketing.
• Strong project management skills with track record coordinating external agencies.
• Data-driven with understanding of metrics (hook rate, CTR, CAC, LTV).
• Trend and benchmarking across paid social platforms.
• Fast, high-quality shipping with ability to brief and direct video assets.

Aufgaben

• Deeply understand patients through qualitative & quantitative data to craft messaging and creative angles.
• Spot emerging formats, viral hooks, and ad trends across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and CTV.
• Build and manage a streamlined creative production system and oversee external partners/agencies.
• Accelerate asset production to rapid live testing cycles.
• Analyze performance with Growth team and optimize assets based on results.
