Job summary

You will deliver measured care, monitor progress, document notes, and coordinate access to resources while ensuring compliance with HIPAA privacy and security policies. The role offers flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S., with supervision sessions and ongoing trainings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work or related counseling field.
• Active, unrestricted Delaware licenses (LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT) or state equivalents.
• Ability to maintain 10–19 hours per week.
• Remote telehealth delivery experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote measurement informed care using evidence-based models.
• Monitor participant progress, document session notes, and coordinate care.
• Collaborate with care team; assist with resources and consent/authorization forms.
• Identify and respond to high-risk participants following protocols.
• Attend supervisory meetings, trainings, and town halls; maintain confidentiality as per HIPAA.
