Job summary

ASPIRE SUPPORTS is seeking a Behavioral Therapist or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a freelance/per diem basis. You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise behavior support plans, and provide individual or group counseling for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in positive behavior support and/or applied behavior analysis.
• 1 year working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Supervision by a BCBA-D or BCBA may be required.
• BLS and CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop behavior support plans.
• Provide individual and/or group counseling and interventions.
• Coordinate with caregivers for training and supervision.
• Review data and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure plan dissemination and periodic retraining.
• Monitor plan implementation and data integrity.
• Collaborate with team to support participants' development.
