Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for per diem, hourly work with flexible scheduling. You'll deliver evidence-based ABA services, supervise RBTs/BCaBAs, and use the ATrack platform to document progress. Work may be in-person or remote, with scheduling tailored to your availability.

You'll collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to create meaningful outcomes while maintaining compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• State licensure where applicable.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to drive individualized programming.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to ensure continued client progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support whole-child outcomes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services at every touchpoint.
