Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Application Developer for a 100% remote U.S. role. The candidate will design, develop, and support PeopleSoft customizations and integrations across HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions.

You will own the technical implementation, partnering with functional consultants to meet enterprise standards for quality, security, and maintainability. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of PeopleSoft development experience, strong PeopleTools,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
• Solid experience with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Hands‑on experience with SQR and BI Publisher.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with the PeopleSoft data model.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
• Working knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for enterprise PeopleSoft applications.
• Own the technical implementation of business requirements and ensure quality, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and leverage PeopleTools and Integration Broker.
• Support upgrades, patches, and clean customization principles.
