Staffworxs is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Finance Functional Consultant with 10+ years of hands‑on experience in PeopleSoft Financials, focusing on AR and BI modules. The role covers implementation, configuration, upgrades, enhancements, and production support, translating business requirements into effective PeopleSoft solutions.

The position supports AR and BI throughout onboarding, billing, receivables, and related integrations, with opportunities for hands-on delivery and collaboration

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft Financials functional experience.
• Strong expertise in PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing (BI).
• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support.
• Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, receivables, payment processing, and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on functional expertise in PeopleSoft AR and BI modules.
• Support PeopleSoft Financials implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solutions.
• Configure and maintain AR and BI modules based on business needs and financial processes.
• Troubleshoot functional issues related to billing, invoicing, payment processing, receivables, and integrations.
• Support end-to-end billing and accounts receivable processes, including invoice generation and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Perform functional testing, support UAT, and assist with issue resolution.
• Prepare functional documentation and provide user guidance.
