Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies seeks an experienced PeopleSoft Application Developer for a 100% remote position in the United States. You will design, develop, and support customizations and integrations across HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions, owning the technical implementation of business requirements.

The role requires hands-on PeopleTools development, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker expertise, plus strong SQL and PeopleSoft data-model knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.

Job Title: PeopleSoft Application Developer

Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)

Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2

Salary Range: $80,000–$110,000 Annually

Experience Required: 6+ years

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
• Solid experience with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Hands‑on experience with SQR and BI Publisher.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with the PeopleSoft data model.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
• Working knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PeopleSoft certifications.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP integration scenarios.
• Exposure to Fluid UI development.
• Familiarity with Oracle DBA fundamentals.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for PeopleSoft integrations.
