Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Interface Developer to design, build, and operate enterprise integrations linking PeopleSoft with internal systems, cloud apps, and third-party platforms.

This role emphasizes the integration layer—service operations, queues, routings, transformations, and security configurations—requiring deep hands-on expertise in Integration Broker and PeopleTools. Remote work is supported for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft development experience, with a strong focus on Integration Broker.
• Hands-on experience designing and developing REST and SOAP web services in PeopleSoft.
• Solid PeopleCode and Application Engine experience.
• Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Experience with web service security standards (WS-Security, OAuth2).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with the PeopleSoft data model.
• Familiarity with middleware platforms (OIC, MuleSoft, Boomi) is a strong plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate enterprise integrations connecting PeopleSoft to internal systems, cloud applications, and third-party platforms.
• Focus specifically on the integration layer, including service operations, queues, routings, transformations, security configurations, and error handling.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions and raise the bar through code and design reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture discussions and best practices.
