Job summary

CORT is seeking a full-time PeopleSoft Developer in Dallas, TX. The role is primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings in Austin or Dallas. You will handle analysis, design, development, testing, and production support for a highly customized PeopleSoft environment built with PeopleTools.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development, including PeopleCode and related tools, with potential involvement in upgrades and production issues. Strong SQL skills are required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development using PeopleTools.
• Experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and custom development.
• Strong SQL skills; ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot dataIssues.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design solutions within the PeopleSoft architecture and CORT standards.
• Design, develop, test, document, implement, and support custom PeopleSoft applications and enhancements using PeopleTools.
• Develop and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker services, and related components.
• Create and maintain integrations using web services, REST/SOAP, file interfaces, and APIs.
• Develop and support batch processes, data conversions, and reports; troubleshoot across environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide estimates, and resolve defects.
