Job summary

CORT is seeking a full-time PeopleSoft Developer to work primarily remote with periodic in-person meetings in Austin or Dallas. You will design, develop, test, and maintain customized PeopleSoft solutions using PeopleTools and PeopleCode, collaborating across teams to meet business needs.

The role requires at least five years of hands-on PeopleSoft experience, strong SQL, and comfort with integrations, batch jobs, and production support in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Five+ years hands-on PeopleSoft development experience.
• Experience with highly customized PeopleSoft applications.
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of database performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and translate to PeopleSoft solutions.
• Develop, test, and support custom PeopleSoft apps and enhancements.
• Create integrations via web services, REST/SOAP, and file interfaces.
• Troubleshoot across dev/test/prod environments and optimize performance.
