Job summary

• Monitor case queues, prioritize workload, and drive resolution.
• Provide professional, empathetic, and solution‑oriented support to teammates.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and Payroll for end‑to‑end service delivery.
• Interpret and apply HR policies and workflows across cases to ensure accuracy.
