Responsibilities

• Be the first line of support for managers and employees on policy, performance, and growth.
• Run the operational engine for payroll, leaves, benefits, and the employee lifecycle.
• Coach managers on feedback, documentation, and performance.
• Administer leaves, accommodations, workers' comp, and benefits end to end.
• Support payroll platform transition in Q1 2027.
