Grüns, a nutrition gummies company, seeks an experienced People Operations leader to support managers and employees on policy, performance, and growth. You will manage payroll, leaves, benefits, and the employee lifecycle. Coach managers on feedback and documentation while ensuring accurate, timely benefits administration.
