Mercer is seeking a Pension Administration Manager to lead a team responsible for defined benefits administration for clients. You will guide process improvements, ensure quality, and supervise deliverables in a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment.

You will oversee client relationships, monitor service levels, identify opportunities for improvement, and align resources to meet project timelines while supporting remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years defined benefit related work experience.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team members who administer Defined Benefits plans and provide performance feedback.
• Monitor service level requirements and plan improvements.
• Lead client service reviews to discuss performance and projects.
• Thrive in a tech-enabled environment and use AI tools.
• Review client financial performance and profitability.
• Identify and pursue out-of-scope revenue opportunities.
• Align resources to support client deliverables.
• Serve as point of contact for escalations.
