Job summary

Mercer is seeking a talented individual to join our Pension Administration team. This is a remote role and you will be a pivotal member of the Client Services Leadership team with influence on future developments and growth.

The Team Leader oversees day-to-day management of clients and their teams, ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and timely service while leveraging AI and technology-enabled tools. You will mentor staff and support multiple client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in defined benefit administration.
• Strong proficiency with MS Excel and Word; Access & Project preferred.
• Pension-related calculations experience required.
• Experience creating business processes for project implementation.
• Ability to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism and urgency to meet client/participant expectations.
• Serve as SME on client plans and administrative procedures; primary daily resource.
• Lead with AI/technology-enabled tools to improve service delivery.
• Direct the team to answer plan or client questions; keep knowledge updated.
• Manage client business processes and support multiple client teams as needed.
