Peraton is seeking a Penetration Testing Lead to guide and execute offensive security assessments across networks, applications, APIs, and AWS cloud environments. You will provide technical leadership, shape testing strategies, and deliver risk-based remediation recommendations.

Remote role requiring availability 8am–5pm EST, with opportunities to mentor junior testers and collaborate with security, cloud, and development teams to strengthen the organization's security posture.

Qualificações

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust level clearance.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree with extensive experience in penetration testing across networks, apps, APIs, and cloud environments.
• Experience planning and executing red team exercises and adversary emulation.
• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-115, MITRE ATT&CK, DHS RVA, and related security standards.
• Ability to configure and optimize penetration testing tools and automation platforms.
• Proven ability to mentor junior testers and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Mentor junior testers and promote adherence to testing methodologies.
• Stay updated on evolving attack techniques and offensive security tools.
