Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of professional technical experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor multiple multi-functional teams of software engineers; clarify team vision and progress.
• Conduct daily lab sessions.
• Provide guidance with emphasis on quality, simplicity, maintainability, and performance.
• Train and establish team culture focused on customer centricity, agility, collaboration, and growth mindset.
• Capture daily feedback to identify roadblocks and concerns.
