The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, over 5 years of experience in Marketing Technology, and strong analytical and project management skills. Compensation ranges from $50 to $55 per hour, alongside comprehensive medical benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Decisioning, Business Analysis, or Project Management.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Strong experience executing UAT and regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into decisioning logic in the Pega CDH platform.
• Develop and enhance decisioning strategies based on customer attributes.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing and resolve defects.
